Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Sealed packs and boxes must be unopened and in original condition. Card supplies, scanners, and apparel must be unused and in original packaging. There is no restocking fee. Returns are by mail only; we do not have a retail location. To start a return, email shop@collx.app with your order number and we will reply with the return mailing address. The customer pays return shipping. If an item arrives damaged or we shipped the wrong item, email shop@collx.app within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after we receive the return.
